The Florence Winter Folk Festival has had a highly successful youth component with its “Kid-Koncerts” since 2004. The Festival has brought folk music to over 4000 kids from our rural schools. This year in addition to the “Kid-Koncerts” the folk festival committee has decided to add another youth component by having young folk musicians perform for the festival through a competition.
