Toni Evans, owner and operator of Red Rose Catering, Florence Events Center’s on-site caterer, is no stranger to this facility. Toni has worked at the Florence Events Center for nine years, first with L&M Catering and then as manager for our most recent caterer, Full Sail Catering.

Her twenty five years in the food service industry shows in Toni’s attention to detail and quality of service. She has worked in all capacities of the catering business including wait staff, food prep, cooking, bartending, staffing and management.

Toni has managed catering events of all sizes which includes banquets, weekly luncheons, large and small conferences and festivals.
